Tutor Mentor

📚 Guide & Inspire – Help students master STEM concepts by providing one-on-one or group tutoring. Foster curiosity, build confidence, and support learners in achieving their academic goals.

✅ Requirements:

  • Must be in the 90th+ percentile academically in the subject area (based on standardized testing or academic performance).

  • Alternatively, must be accredited within the field or hold recognized certifications.

  • Experience teaching/tutoring required.

  • Strong ability to communicate complex STEM topics in an engaging, understandable way.

Student Mentor

🌱 Empower Future Innovators – Guide students in navigating their academic and career paths in STEM. Provide mentorship, share experiences, and help develop skills necessary for success in STEM-related fields.

✅ Requirements:

  • Strong academic standing or proven success in STEM-related fields.

  • Experience with mentorship, leadership, or academic coaching (can be through clubs, internships, research, etc.).

  • Great communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful relationships.

  • Ability to motivate, advise, and help mentees set academic or career goals.

  • Empathy, active listening, and problem-solving skills to support students facing challenges.

  • Willingness to share insights, experiences, and resources that help mentees grow.
